weekly photo challenge: humanity

Posted on

“You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is like an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.” – Mahatma Gandhi

The weekly photo challenge asked for us to share our interpretation of humanity. And these wise words from Mahatma Gandhi came to mind.

We took this photo only recently when we were in Geneva, Switzerland.

What I loved about this was that your photo was not of an actual live human being but of a representation of an individual who was larger than life and who had strong views on humanity. Excellent interpretation of the challenge aka great job! 🙂

Such a lovely choice for this challenge. He has always been the highest role model for the world alongwith Mandela and Mother Teresa. BTW, where did you shoot this photograph?

Do visit my blog as well. 🙂 THanks

Love this, Wise Monkeys. So apt for the challenge. Humanity – it’s all of us standing by one another for better or worse 🙂

Beautifully said, Mabel! With the state of affairs in the world at the moment, it makes it even more important that we stick by one another 🙂

Good choice. Our lives are our messages, so we should think carefully about what we put in them!
